note the following items are not subject to return or refund:

Curtains - All curtains are made as
the customer orders and made to customer specification. Curtains are
non-returnable.

Fabric by the yard- all fabric by
the the yards options are non-returnable as we only use rolled goods and
cannot accept cut lengths back.

Items that have been customized (e.g. change the size of our
standard size throw, alter any size that is not our standard
stock size, or change in any way to the original design of our
product that has been requested by customer.

Bed Sized Mink/long fur bed throw covers -
All bed sized mink/long fur bed throw covers are made as the customer
orders to the customer specification (e.g. customer picks backing color)
and are non-returnable.

We
stand behind our products. We realize that you may need to
return item(s) for one reason or another. Items that are
returnable are accepted within 30 days of original shipment
date. PLEASE READ THE LEFT HAND COLUMN OF THIS PAGE FOR
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS. ITEMS NOT LISTED IN THE LEFT HAND COLUMN ARE
RETURNABLE with a 15% restocking fee. This restocking fee covers our
costs incurred packaging, and processing orders. In some cases
of exchange only we may elect to waive this fee.
Please
notify us via email of your intent to return and the ship date
of your planned return. This way we can watch for your items and
begin to process your refund.
We
expect the item(s) returned to be in brand new condition.
Please do not attempt to return items that have been used.
Used items are redirected back to you.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the
return is due to defect. You may want to insure your return; we
cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be
issued and will appear on your billing statement.
